By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity in your jurisdiction to use this platform.
Growth Academy Asia provides:
• An HR supplier and training provider directory
• Profile listing services for businesses
• Content publication and article distribution
• Matching and discovery features connecting HR buyers and service providers
We do not guarantee leads, sales, or business outcomes.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all account activity
By submitting content (including profiles, articles, and listings), you grant Growth Academy Asia a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to:
• Display
• Distribute
• Edit for formatting purposes
• Promote your content across platform channels
You confirm that all submitted content is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights.
You agree not to:
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
• Scrape or copy data without permission
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Listings may be publicly visible and accessible to users, including HR professionals, businesses, and partners. You acknowledge and accept this visibility when submitting a profile.
Some services or listings may be paid. All fees will be clearly communicated before purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if:
• Terms are violated
• Misuse of the platform occurs
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
All platform content, branding, and design remain the property of Growth Academy Asia unless otherwise stated. Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant us usage rights as described above.
The platform is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted service, accuracy, or commercial outcomes.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of business opportunities or data.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.
