The Servant Leadership Legacy Programme

The Servant Leadership Legacy Programme is a full-day leadership development workshop organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM) on 21 August 2026 in Hong Kong. Designed for HR leaders, people managers, and mid-to-senior executives, the programme explores the principles of servant leadership and how they can be applied to build trust, empower teams, and create high-performing workplace cultures. Delivered in Cantonese with English training materials, participants will earn 7 CPD hours while developing practical leadership skills to enhance employee engagement, collaboration, and long-term organisational success.
