Plenty of capable professionals go quiet in leadership meetings, and the cause is usually fear of being seen rather than lack of expertise. This interactive two-hour HKGCC workshop tackles that gap through discussion, practical exercises, video recording and feedback. Participants learn to steady their nerves, structure ideas so they land persuasively, handle interruptions and awkward questions, and leave with a personal action plan for stronger leadership communication. No public speaking experience is needed, and it is open to people from any industry. Delivered in English by an ICF coach and former BBC presenter.
