About HR Retreat 2026
An intimate, invitation-only retreat for senior HR professionals in Australia, designed to move beyond conventional keynote formats into deep, facilitated dialogue on the strategic challenges facing HR leaders today. The 2026 edition is hosted at the RACV Cape Schanck Resort on Victoria’s scenic Mornington Peninsula, providing a reflective away-from-office setting for two days of genuine peer exchange. Facilitated by Ashton Media, the retreat typically limits attendance to approximately 40 senior HR leaders to ensure meaningful conversation and lasting connections. Topics span organisational culture, talent strategy, HR technology adoption, and the evolving CHRO role.
