About FCCIHK HR Committee: Managing Uncertainty at Work
This FCCIHK HR Committee session brings members a research-grounded look at how people stay motivated and engaged at work across a career lifespan. Led by Julian Pfrombeck, Assistant Professor at CUHK and Head of the Lifelong Learning Lab, the workshop unpacks practical insights on learning, motivation and engagement that HR practitioners can apply directly to retention and development strategy.
