About Critical Thinking & Collaborative Leadership for Supervisors & Managers
Aimed at supervisors and managers, this one-day workshop works on two fronts at once: how you think and how you lead a team. On the personal side, participants apply critical-thinking frameworks, trace complex problems back to root causes and develop creative solutions. On the team side, they practise collaborative leadership, build a learning culture, express emotions constructively, and give feedback and facilitate discussion without judgement. The facilitators are an ICF-accredited coach and a certified ATD facilitator with long leadership development experience. Worth seven CPD hours.
