Feedback that never gets delivered, or arrives so softened that nobody notices it, is a familiar problem for managers. This three-hour HKGCC workshop helps team leaders and HR professionals give direct, two-way feedback that motivates rather than deflates. Participants practise recognising effort to build trust and morale, and rehearse approaches for conversations that risk turning confrontational.
