PwC will share AI-enabled use cases across sales, sourcing, procurement, inventory planning, order management, and logistics coordination. Participants will work through a guided role-redesign activity to assess tasks for automation, augmentation, or continued human ownership, while considering responsible AI controls, skills, manager routines, and performance measures. The session concludes with a practical pathway from opportunity identification to workflow redesign, capability building, implementation, and benefits tracking. SBF will also provide an overview of EWTP, WDG(JR+), and relevant ecosystem pathways.
