Every Training Provider and HR Service Provider on this platform is interviewed and reviewed before they go live. When you send a brief, the partners you get back are scored on how well they fit what you asked for. Partners pay a subscription to be listed, and that subscription does not buy a better match.
That’s the short version. Here’s the detail, because you shouldn’t have to take it on trust.
How are partners vetted?
Every partner is interviewed before appearing on the platform. Not a form, a conversation. We review what they actually deliver, who they’ve delivered it for, and where they’re genuinely strong rather than where they’d like to be.
Partners who don’t hold up don’t go live. That’s the point of a curated platform, and it’s the part that takes the longest.
How does matching work?
In two stages.
Stage one narrows the field on hard facts. Provider type, budget, language, geography, and whether they have capacity for your timeline. A partner who can’t meet those doesn’t reach you, however good they are.
Stage two scores what’s left against the substance of your brief. Programme type, industry fit, methodology, and the proof they’ve done it before.
You get the top three back within 24 hours, with the reasoning, so you can see why each one came through.
What does a partner’s subscription actually buy?
Partners pay a subscription to be on the platform. That’s how we’re funded, and we’d rather say so plainly.
In the directory, a subscription can buy prominence. Partners on our Enterprise tier appear higher when you browse. That’s paid placement, and you should know it when you’re scrolling.
In matching, it buys nothing. When you send a brief, tier is not an input. Scoring, position, and how often a partner reaches you are decided on fit alone. A partner on our entry tier and one on Enterprise are scored identically against what you asked for.
The split is deliberate. Browsing is you looking around, and paying for prominence there is ordinary. Matching is you telling us what you need and trusting us to answer straight. We’re not willing to sell the second one.
What we don’t do
We don’t deliver training or HR services ourselves. We’re not competing with the partners on this platform.
We don’t let a partner pay to change how they’re scored against your brief.
We don’t accept payment for editorial coverage or for a recommendation.
We don’t publish reviews or testimonials we can’t attribute.
Questions we get asked
Can a partner pay to rank higher in my matches?
No. Subscription tier is not an input to matching. Partners are scored on fit against your brief, nothing else. Enterprise partners do appear higher when you browse the directory, which is paid placement, and we say so here rather than leaving you to work it out.
Who decides which partners are shortlisted?
The scoring does, against your brief. A person reviews the shortlist before it reaches you, to catch anything that’s technically a fit but obviously wrong.
Can I see partners who aren’t matched to me?
Yes. The directory is open to browse, whether or not you send a brief.
What if none of the three are right?
Tell us why and we’ll go again. Getting it wrong on the first pass is useful information, it usually means the brief needs sharpening.
How do I know a partner is any good?
Because we’ve spoken to them. Every partner is interviewed before going live, and we review their track record rather than taking a profile at face value.
