Wellbeing at Work Summit Australia 2026 – Sydney

The 9th annual Wellbeing at Work Summit Australia opens in Sydney as the first stop of a national series that also visits Melbourne and Brisbane. The in-person day convenes senior HR, people and wellbeing leaders for global keynotes and leadership round-table discussions on embedding wellbeing as a strategic priority. Shaped with the organiser’s Global Advisory Board, the agenda spans mental health, psychological safety, leadership, culture and the evidence connecting wellbeing to performance. Attendance is limited to HR and wellbeing leads from employer organisations, and delegates can earn up to six CPD credits across the day.
