Essentials of Human Resource Management is a CEF-eligible certificate programme offered by HKU SPACE for aspiring HR professionals, supervisors, and career changers. Beginning 30 September 2026, the course covers recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, employment legislation, and core HR practices. It provides participants with practical knowledge and recognised professional development for a career in human resources.
