Now in its fifth year, the Employee Experience Awards (EXA) Hong Kong honours organisations redefining what it means to put people first, with 34 categories spanning Leadership, Learning, Engagement, and Talent Acquisition. Entries are judged by a panel of senior HR and EX professionals, with winners celebrated at a prestigious gala dinner. The 2026 cycle has concluded; the 2027 cycle is expected to open early 2027.
